LMIA & WORK PERMIT

To be able to work in Canada, you need authorization. This authorization is a temporary permission to work in Canada for the allowed period of time.

Broadly, work permits are of 2 types. One, in which you need Labour Market Impact Assessment from ESDC (Employment & Social Development Canada) and the other, in which you are exempted.

At KB Immigration Inc., we assist both, the employer in recruitment as per requirement and employee in application submission.

There are exempted categories such as international students who graduated recently from designated Canadian institutions who provide eligible courses, open work permit for spouse whose spouse has a eligible work permit or is a student in a Canadian institution.

There are many immigration programs that allow specific stream of workers to obtain work permit and achieve their permanent residency dream with their families.
