Provincial Nominee Programs

Each province has a separate category of programs, which if, someone qualify, is required to fulfill the criteria as set up by that province under that specific program, to be able to receive nomination from that province. Once the nomination of the province is received, this nomination can be submitted to support the permanent residence application of you and your family, as applicable.

On the other hand, if you already qualify for any of the Express Entry programs and you are eligible to enter the pool of qualifying candidates, you can also receive nomination from the province if any province considers you to be eligible for the same.
